Introducing the Cafe's New Menu Convito Café introduces the tastes of the seasons. Matching the chill in the air, heartier dishes have found their way onto our new café menu.    Eggplant parmesan panini For lunch new sandwiches include chicken saltimbocca — a savory sautéed chicken breast with prosciutto and sage aioli on a ciabatta bun, eggplant parmesan panini — a robust eggplant, tomato and mozzarella combination on a sun-dried tomato focaccia (in photo) and a new grilled cheese sandwich featuring a creamy butterkase cheese from Wisconsin and succulent roasted tomatoes. Dinner items include a whole wheat fusilli with autumn butternut squash, broccoli and caramelized onions (in photo below), grilled Norwegian salmon accompanied by a minestrone risotto and a new flatbread with dried figs and gorgonzola (in photo below). Old favorites such as chicken pot pie, baked ziti with an Italian sausage and tomato ragu and spaghetti carbonara make their return to our menu by popular demand. Stop in to enjoy fall's flavors....
