Fresh Pasta At Convito Café and Market we make "Pasta Fresca" everyday and immediately refrigerate it to preserve the flavor and aroma of the eggs and the semolina used in our recipe. Ravioli and Tortellini We now offer frozen ravioli and tortellini from The Pasta Factory in our freezer case.	$3.99 - 12.99 lb.
Cooking Instructions Bring a large quantity of salted water to a boil. Drop pasta in boiling water. Stir regularly. Cooking time varies with the type of pasta. Cook until "al dente" (cooked through, but still firm to the bite). Drain in a colander. Shake dry. Transfer to a large plate or bowl and add sauce. fettuccine 5-7 minutes linguine 3-4 minutes ravioli/tortellini (frozen) 10-12 minutes rigatoni/fusilli 5-7 minutes spaghetti 2-3 minutes Note: 1 lb. pasta should be sufficient for 3 people.	$3.99 - 12.99 lb.
